Exploring a partnership or ready for a quotation?
Match the first brief to the decision you are ready to make. You do not need to present an exploratory product idea as a confirmed departure.
- For partner evaluation or product development: share your company, market, traveller profile, preferred regions and the question you want to resolve. Mark undecided dates, numbers and service choices as open rather than inventing a complete itinerary. Use the DMC evaluation guide to frame that discussion.
- For a live quotation: use the quotation brief to separate fixed dates and requirements from flexible preferences, and identify services already arranged elsewhere. An illustrative route or delivered case is a reference, not confirmation of availability for the new brief.
For the initial conversation, describe the party and rooming needs without sending passport copies, payment details or unnecessary guest identifiers. If a later operating stage needs additional traveller information, agree the requirement and transfer method separately. Send an enquiry with its stage clearly labelled so the next discussion can address the right decision.
What to send with a partnership enquiry
- Company name, website and source market
- FIT, group, series or specialist product focus
- A current or sample China brief
- Travel dates, estimated numbers and hotel positioning
- Required response format and deadline
- White-label, sustainability, accessibility or risk requirements
Which resource should you use?
Start with the China DMC FAQ for commercial and operational questions, use the quotation brief when preparing a live request, and review the service-model guides when comparing FIT, group, series or white-label cooperation.
